Job Description:

This position supervises the clinical support staff and is responsible for clinical staff effectiveness and development. Manages clinical staff schedules and oversees clinical policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

¨ Physician relationships

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

¨ Licensed practical nurse with current state licensure, RN preferred

¨ Supervisory experience required, experience in outpatient setting preferred

¨ Experience in an electronic medical record, Next-Gen experience preferred

¨ Knowledge of OSHA regulations

¨ Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy procedures

¨ Excellent communication skills

¨ CPR certification
