Job Description:

The Junior Project Manager supports the organization’s development and growth activities; including service line expansion, new site development, management services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and partnership collaborations. Position assists with the Business Development department’s multiple collaborative projects with cross-functional teams, to ensure deliverables are achieved based on project plan. Position assists in key financial analysis to support effective organizational growth.

Experience and Skills:


  • Support project management for due diligence acquisition related activities, including convening meetings, developing agendas, and management of project plan and implementation metrics.
  • Provide an understanding of all items within project plan to ensure the cross-functional team has appropriate guidance, and their deliverables are relevant, accurate, and timely.
  • Support Project Manager, Business Development to prepare project timelines, progress, issues, and plans for resolution utilizing project planning techniques and clear communication.
  • Develop and create business value analysis for special projects and program development.
  • Coordinate execution of key project management deliverables for business development.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Health
  • 1-3 years professional experience in healthcare strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and financial modeling
  • Experience and strong business acumen including financial statement analysis and project ROI.
  • Demonstrated high levels of initiative, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and provide a structured problem solving approach.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in re-prioritizing projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
